ANDREA REDAELLI
Andrea Redaelli is Principal Corporate Project and Portfolio Management at HUGO BOSS, a Fashion and Luxury Company.
Based in Switzerland and frequent business traveler in Germany, Andrea is engaged to manage the Corporate Project Portfolios and to lead the Corporate Projects in the main areas of the Value Chain (Product Development, Operations and Logistic, Vendor Management, Finance & Administration, IT, Sustainability, Retail and Digitalization).
I n this role, Mr. Redaelli has a broad view and solid experience of Business activities within high complex network. He is comfortable to provide advices on strategic decisions and change management.
He has a graduation from the Politecnico di Milano with a degree in Chemical Engineering and He achieved a Master in General Management. He is also a member of the Italian Engineers Association, member of the Project Management Institute, as Project Manager Professional and member of the Italian CSCMP association. He’s fluent in English and comfortable in French.
Mr. Redaelli is a passionate sailing skipper and a “pro bono” mentor to start-up companies and support young entrepreneurs.
