I nuovi trend della supply chain del FOOD

Nathalie Lopez

Food & beverage manufacturers are having to cope with macro trends that have resulted in one of the toughest periods for manufacturers in recent times.

Drought and climate events impact the supply of certain agricultural products. Contamination is a problem and COVID-19 has bought a new dimension to it.

However, this has brought many other opportunities for F&B companies to differentiate and grow their businesses and achieve higher profit margins.

The Food & Bev. industry is facing unprecedented challenges and I will be sharing with you some of those insights we have collected over dozens of projects and in working with Industry experts.

Our observations are related to 5 main challenges.

New distribution channels
Environmental Sustainability
Shortage of Workers
Farm to Fork Transparency
Unprecedented Speed of Change
