RUDOLF J. BAUER
PARADIGMA's managing director and principal since 1995, he was instrumental in the development of the business, with a particular focus on strategic management consulting and international multimodal transport projects.
Prior to his management consultancy career he was CIO at Perlmooser AG, a major Austrian industrial conglomerate and cement producer. He started his career at IBM, where he worked in the public sector; foreign residencies (US) and assignment positions as a program manager for Business Plans at IBM Europe's headquarter in Paris, France; software development manager in Austria.
He is a graduate of the Technical University of Vienna with a degree in mathematics and economics.
